Starting a business in Pittsburg?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but I'm originally from Los Angeles and The unemployment rate is 4.9%, which is about average. You can expect to pay around $2,201 for rent here. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem pretty good.

I've been here 5 years and I'm still on the fence after all this time. The thing nobody mentions is pet-friendliness. It's established and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the housing market is legit. And if you're into mountain biking, this place is decent.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.
