I grew up here but left for a while. It's a a smaller city city with about 75,868 people. Homes are going for about $583,100 on average. Rent is about $2,201/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The weather takes some getting used to. Thoughts? The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.
