So, I relocated for work and Rent is about $1,221/month for a decent place. It's a a mid-size city city with about 304K people. The median home value here is around $193,200, which is actually reasonable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Any advice would be great. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
