Starting a business in Pittsburgh?

Hi all, I'm a teacher here and It's a a mid-size city city with about 304K people. Rent is about $1,221/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,221 for rent here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. It's changing fast — some good, some not so much. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.
