Pittsfield vs Los Angeles -which is better?

Hi all, The median home value here is around $233,700, which is actually reasonable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. What do you all think? The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

We moved here with our family and I genuinely enjoy living here. Schools in Meadowbrook area are average. Kids love it here.
