Considering Placentia vs Cincinnati -help me decide

Anyone else feel this way? My family moved here when I was a kid. Household incomes average around $110,575 in Placentia. Median household income is $110,575, which feels pretty solid for the area. Homes are going for about $871,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Has anyone dealt with this? It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want public transit, then yeah this place is great. But if cultural scene matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are solid, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
