Living in Placentia -the reality

So, Household incomes average around $110,575 in Placentia. Homes are going for about $871,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Is this normal for Placentia? Any help is appreciated.

Hot take but there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. I know a lot of people disagree but after 1 years here, that's my honest assessment.

Came here for retirement and stayed because it's been a really good experience overall. The safety is honestly excellent and I don't see that changing anytime soon.
