Hi all, Born and raised here. It's a a smaller city city with about 52,384 people. Average temperature is around 68--F, so the weather is moderate. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Am I overthinking this? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
