What's it really like living in Placentia?

Random thought, Just moved here 4 months ago and Crime rate is something to consider -Placentia sits at 371.0 per 100K. The unemployment rate is 3.6%, which is pretty low. Homes are going for about $871,000 on average. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Is this normal for Placentia? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The weather takes some getting used to. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The city has invested a lot in new development. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I have mixed feelings honestly. Internet is surprisingly good in most areas.

Moved here from Miami about 11 years ago. there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. Still getting used to job market but Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much developing but now it's underrated.
