Hey folks, The median home value here is around $871,000, which is pretty steep. With a population of 52,384, Placentia is a smaller city. Household incomes average around $110,575 in Placentia. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.
