Curious what people think. My partner and I are It's a a small town city with about 10,730 people. Poverty rate is 14.0%, which is around average. Median household income is $70,602, which feels about average for the area. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Would love some local perspective. TIA! It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
