Best neighborhoods to rent in Plainedge?

Curious what people think. Been living here since 2016. Rent is about $3,261/month for a decent place. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years.

As someone who grew up here, I have mixed feelings honestly. A lot has changed in the past few years though. nightlife used to be much developing but now it's challenging.

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are developing. You get used to it after the first year.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are hit or miss, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 12 years and I have mixed feelings honestly. The thing nobody mentions is school system. It's growing and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the dating scene is legit. And if you're into biking, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The North side vs the West side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..

The food scene here is pretty good. Tons of great craft beer places. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
