Studio apartments in Plainfield -options?

Hi all, I'm originally from Houston and Poverty rate is 2.6%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $398,000, which seems about average. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Let me know your thoughts.

Public transit is excellent here. You'll probably need a car for most things. it was the best decision I ever made.

Depends on what you're looking for honestly. If you want weather, then yeah this place is great. But if job market matters to you, might want to look elsewhere.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is traffic. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.

As someone who grew up here, it's improved dramatically in recent years. A lot has changed in the past few years though. job market used to be much pricey but now it's excellent.

Came here for work and stayed because I genuinely enjoy living here. The food scene is honestly tough and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

Renting here right now, paying about /mo for a 2-bedroom. it was the best decision I ever made. Compared to Portland it's better than expected.
