Best apartments in Plainfield under ?

Not sure if this has been asked before, but Poverty rate is 12.5%, which is around average. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Worth the trade-offs? Thanks!

If you're remote, this place is great for cost of living. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Internet is solid in most areas.
