Been meaning to ask this. My family moved here when I was a kid. Rent is about $1,792/month for a decent place. You can expect to pay around $1,792 for rent here. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
