Hey folks, Just moved here 13 months ago and Homes are going for about $104,600 on average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Has anyone dealt with this? Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The city has invested a lot in new development. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level.
