Hey folks, You can expect to pay around $2,511 for rent here. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,335 people. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Would love some local perspective. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.

From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are surprisingly good, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
