How is the nightlife in Pleasant Hill?

So, Been living here since 2010. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,335 people. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. Crime rate is something to consider -Pleasant Hill sits at 250.5 per 100K. Homes are going for about $1,040,600 on average. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Am I wrong here? It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. I'd say it's better for families than young singles.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is community vibe. I have mixed feelings honestly. Worth doing your research before committing.
