Pleasant Hill in the winter -how bad?
Anyone else feel this way? We have two kids and Median household income is $144,513, which feels pretty solid for the area. It's a a smaller city city with about 34,335 people. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. The weather takes some getting used to. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse.
