Pleasant Hill is underrated, change my mind
Hi all, Average temperature is around 62--F, so the weather is moderate. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good.

- Growing food scene
- Good internet infrastructure
- Plenty of shopping options
- Good airport connections

- Hot summers
- Cold winters
- Limited nightlife
- Not enough green space
