Been meaning to ask this. I grew up here but left for a while. Rent is about $2,511/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 4.3%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. What neighborhoods would you suggest? Thanks in advance! There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. The suburbs are where most families end up. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
