Studio apartments in Pleasant Hill -options?

Alright, I'm a teacher here and Household incomes average around $144,513 in Pleasant Hill. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Am I overthinking this? The city has invested a lot in new development. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.

Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem better than expected.

I've been here 10 years and it exceeded my expectations. The thing nobody mentions is community vibe. It's stable and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the walkability is legit. And if you're into golfing, this place is tough.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Cedar Grove side vs the Midtown side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

It's not for everyone but it works for us..
