Hi all, I'm a college student here and Household incomes average around $66,692 in Pleasant Hills. Crime rate is something to consider -Pleasant Hills sits at 661.1 per 100K. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Has anyone dealt with this?

Bought a house here in 2024 and the quality of life is solid. Property values have gone up significantly since then.
