Anyone else love living in Pleasant View?

First post here. The unemployment rate is 2.4%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Am I wrong here?

Weather-wise, the summers are tough and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is housing market. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. Worth doing your research before committing.
