Hi all, We're a young couple and Homes are going for about $1,432,300 on average. It's a a smaller city city with about 77,500 people. With a population of 77,500, Pleasanton is a smaller city. The median home value here is around $1,432,300, which is pretty steep. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. The weather takes some getting used to. The suburbs are where most families end up. Am I wrong here? I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
