Unpopular opinion about Plover

Curious what people think. Military spouse here. Rent is about $1,041/month for a decent place. The weather takes some getting used to. The school system varies a lot by neighborhood.

Weather-wise, the summers are solid and winters are manageable. You get used to it after the first year.

Bought a house here in 2023 and it's been a really good experience overall. Property values have gone about the same since then.
