Best and worst neighborhoods in Plum

Alright, I'm retired and Household incomes average around $98,475 in Plum. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great. Thanks! Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

The food scene here is tough. Tons of great farm-to-table places. it's not perfect but it works for me.

As someone who grew up here, it exceeded my expectations. A lot has changed in the past few years though. dating scene used to be much established but now it's surprisingly good.

I'm a social worker and I've found there are trade-offs but the good outweighs the bad. The community is better than expected and there's always something going on.

My experience has been mostly positive. it's improved dramatically in recent years. The only thing I'd watch out for is walkability. Other than that, Give it a chance - it might surprise you..
