Commute times in Plymouth Meeting -how bad?

Alright, I grew up here but left for a while. Crime rate is something to consider -Plymouth Meeting sits at 127.1 per 100K. Household incomes average around $109,706 in Plymouth Meeting. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable.

I've been living here for 9 years and I'd say I have mixed feelings honestly. The safety is tough compared to other places I've lived. Overall Give it a chance - it might surprise you..

My experience has been mostly positive. it's exactly what I was looking for. The only thing I'd watch out for is dating scene. Other than that, Hope this helps!.

Public transit is surprisingly good here. You'll probably need a car for most things. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.

I've lived in South for about 9 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

the quality of life is solid. When I first moved here from Denver, I was surprised by housing market. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Decent public transit for the size
- The dating scene scene is surprisingly good

The downsides:
- Urban sprawl is real
- Can feel isolated

Overall I'd rate it 6/10 for couples. Happy to answer more specific questions..
