Life in Plymouth as a young professional

Moved here 15 years ago for work. Plymouth has a decent market for young professionals. Income levels are solid here — median is around $133,865. Rent runs about $1,705/month for a typical apartment. The social scene is pretty active with lots of meetups. Would I recommend it? For the right person, definitely..

Check out the Riverside area. Way more affordable and still close to everything.

Public transit needs work but they're investing in it. Should improve in next few years.

Good summary. I'd rate it higher personally — maybe 9/10.

For families, I'd recommend looking at Highland Park. Schools are rated well and it's quiet.
