Plymouth is underrated, change my mind

First post here. I'm a remote worker and The unemployment rate is 1.5%, which is pretty low. The median home value here is around $474,700, which is pretty steep. Homes are going for about $474,700 on average. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Property taxes are high but you get good services. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. Gonna give a different perspective here since most replies seem decent.

I've been here 6 years and I love the pace of life here. The thing nobody mentions is job market. It's competitive and it affects daily life more than you'd think.

That said, the traffic is legit. And if you're into hiking, this place is challenging.

Neighborhood matters A LOT here. The Greenfield side vs the Fairview side are basically different cities. Make sure you visit both before deciding.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
