The good and bad of living in Plymouth

Anyone else feel this way? We're a young couple and Crime rate is something to consider -Plymouth sits at 45.9 per 100K. The median home value here is around $474,700, which is pretty steep. Household incomes average around $133,865 in Plymouth. The city has invested a lot in new development. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. Any advice would be great. As someone who grew up here, I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. A lot has changed in the past few years though. cost of living used to be much growing but now it's excellent.
