Been meaning to ask this. I'm single, late 40s, and Average temperature is around 48--F, so expect cold winters. Household incomes average around $133,865 in Plymouth. Property taxes are high but you get good services. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. From a safety perspective, it really depends on the area. Some neighborhoods are decent, others not so much. Do your research on specific streets.
