Working remotely from Plymouth — my experience
I've been working remotely from Plymouth for 12 years now. Here's my take:
The pace of life here is perfect for remote work. No crazy commute stress, affordable living, and enough amenities to not feel isolated.
Cost of living: pretty reasonable
Internet: Decent, getting better with new providers
Coworking spaces: Growing number of options
If you're looking for a place to WFH, Plymouth is worth considering.

Rent tip: look for places in fall. Prices drop and there's more availability.

Traffic is the worst part honestly. But if you live near work it's fine.

Coming from New York, the cost of living difference is noticeable. Groceries and gas are slightly more expensive but housing makes up for it.
