Random thought, My partner and I are You can expect to pay around $819 for rent here. It's a a small town city with about 3,264 people. Rent is about $819/month for a decent place. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. The food scene here is surprisingly good. Appreciate any input. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
