First post here. I'm a remote worker and Homes are going for about $194,900 on average. Poverty rate is 5.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 8,913 people. Average temperature is around 46--F, so expect cold winters. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.
