Co-working spaces in Poinciana?

First post here. Average temperature is around 73--F, so it's warm year-round. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Night life is decent if you know the right spots. Should I be concerned?

Bought a house here in 2024 and I'm still on the fence after all this time. Property values have gone about the same since then.

I've lived in Cedar Grove for about 4 years now, so I can give you a pretty detailed perspective.

it's improved dramatically in recent years. When I first moved here from Austin, I was surprised by cost of living. It took some adjustment but now I wouldn't trade it.

A few things worth knowing:
- Low crime in most neighborhoods
- Good internet infrastructure
- The job market scene is better than expected

The downsides:
- Limited high-paying job options
- Chain restaurants dominate

Overall I'd rate it 5/10 for retirees. Happy to answer more specific questions..
