Hey, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and Homes are going for about $266,900 on average. Rent is about $1,712/month for a decent place. The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. What are your go-to spots? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
