Just moved here 9 months ago and The unemployment rate is 2.9%, which is pretty low. Rent is about $1,712/month for a decent place. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What would you do? Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
