Anyone else feel this way? Crime rate is something to consider -Point MacKenzie sits at 579.1 per 100K. The city has invested a lot in new development. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Let me know your thoughts. Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Bought a house here in 2018 and it was the best decision I ever made. Property values have gone up significantly since then.

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is walkability. I'm still on the fence after all this time. Worth doing your research before committing.
