Not sure if this has been asked before, but Been living here since 2010. Poverty rate is 2.0%, which is pretty low. Property taxes are high but you get good services. What do you all think? Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Public transit needs a lot of work honestly. Property taxes are high but you get good services.
