Random thought, I'm a nurse at the local hospital and The unemployment rate is 1.6%, which is pretty low. It's a a small town city with about 5,833 people. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The city has invested a lot in new development. Any advice would be great.
