Random thought, Homes are going for about $126,000 on average. Poverty rate is 8.8%, which is pretty low. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. The city has invested a lot in new development. The weather takes some getting used to. Anyone in a similar situation? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods.
