Should I move to Pomona or stay in Seattle?

Hey, I'm originally from San Diego and Homes are going for about $716,500 on average. You can expect to pay around $1,778 for rent here. Crime rate is something to consider -Pomona sits at 224.2 per 100K. With a population of 3,961, Pomona is a small town. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Has anyone dealt with this? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Property taxes are high but you get good services. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. I'd say it's better for families than young singles. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. It's not perfect, but the community is solid. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that.
