What to expect moving to Pompano Beach?

Alright, I'm a remote worker and Poverty rate is 11.5%, which is around average. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's changing fast -some good, some not so much. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've been living here for 4 years and I'd say it's been a really good experience overall. The housing market is improving compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..

Came here for cost of living and stayed because it's not perfect but it works for me. The housing market is honestly average and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I've been living here for 2 years and I'd say it's improved dramatically in recent years. The food scene is underrated compared to other places I've lived. Overall It's not for everyone but it works for us..

I'd say the biggest thing people don't talk about is job market. the quality of life is solid. Worth doing your research before committing.
