Working remotely from Ponderosa Pine

First post here. With a population of 1,091, Ponderosa Pine is a small town. Crime rate is something to consider -Ponderosa Pine sits at 105.6 per 100K. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. The city has invested a lot in new development. What would you do?

Hot take but I genuinely enjoy living here. I know a lot of people disagree but after 5 years here, that's my honest assessment.
