Things Pontiac needs to improve
Hey folks, I'm originally from Austin and Household incomes average around $59,579 in Pontiac. The median home value here is around $110,200, which is actually reasonable. It's a a small town city with about 11,483 people. The unemployment rate is 2.2%, which is pretty low. There's a real sense of community in certain neighborhoods. The suburbs are where most families end up. Honestly, I think it's a great place if you know where to look.
Pros:

- Good healthcare facilities
Cons:
- Limited nightlife
- High property taxes
- Poor road conditions
- Limited cultural events
Worth the trade-offs? Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting.
