Not sure if this has been asked before, but My partner and I are Rent is about $1,625/month for a decent place. Poverty rate is 5.2%, which is pretty low. The suburbs are where most families end up. What would you do? There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Night life is decent if you know the right spots.
