Thinking about relocating to Pooler from Nashville

Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,625/month for a decent place. Median household income is $91,497, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good. It's a very car-dependent city, for better or worse. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. The weather takes some getting used to. There's a growing tech scene which is exciting. Downtown has improved a lot in recent years. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. It's not perfect, but the community is solid.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now. The housing market is average compared to other places I've lived. Overall Your mileage may vary depending on what you're looking for..
