Longtime lurker here, I'm a college student here and Rent is about $1,625/month for a decent place. Median household income is $91,497, which feels pretty solid for the area. Cost of living is definitely rising, but still manageable. Traffic can be rough during rush hour, no sugarcoating that. The food scene here is surprisingly good.
