Starting a business in Poplar Bluff?

Hi all, Crime rate is something to consider -Poplar Bluff sits at 663.0 per 100K. Poverty rate is 18.4%, which is higher than I expected. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus. What are your go-to spots? Looking forward to hearing from you all. The parks and outdoor areas are a huge plus.

I've been living here for 15 years and I'd say I love the pace of life here. The walkability is hit or miss compared to other places I've lived. Overall Happy to answer more specific questions..
