Housing market in Poquonock Bridge right now

Been meaning to ask this. Military spouse here. People here are genuinely friendly, not just surface-level. What neighborhoods would you suggest?

Used to live on the Riverside side, now on the Sunset side. Completely different vibe. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else right now.
